This is what I eat when I'm trying to maximize my studying time, cold leftovers!! Also I made scones in the morning chocolate cherry. They were ok, they tasted a little doughy, but that might be because I ate my straight out of the oven. I some how developed an aversion to sweet things after eating it -- so maybe it wasn't the best breakfast idea for a day of studying laid out ahead of me. The cold perogies suffered from needed to be fried or sauteed so that they wold develop a perfect crispiness on the outside. Also home made ones would be better ten fold too, but for a cold lunch it was fine -- it nourished me. The perogies were in a "carbonara" sauce. A carbonara sauce is made from eggs, cream and bacon, mixed together and poured over hot pasta to form a thickened sauce -- it is not a bechamel with ham chunks in it!!!
